RESIDENTS & GUESTS HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
Now on the entrance lobby of Dwijaya House applying temperature screening for everyone from residents to their guests and we also provide alcohol-based disinfectant hand sanitizer.
STAFF’S HEALTH, CLEANLINESS AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
Each staff whose enters Dwijaya House must undergo temperature scan. Those found to have fevers would be advised to go to hospital right away for health check-ups. Each staff’s is well informed and associates to maintain their own health, safety and personal hygiene before work.
CLEANING AREA AND SANITIZING PROTOCOLS:
Every cleaning staff must wash their hands every 30 minutes, wearing mask and hand-gloves. For cleaning our area, our hotel cleaning method and protocols are very effective against viruses.
For the Rooms, we disinfect to clean rooms after guest departs and before the next guests arrives.
Public area, we increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting every public area with a focus of things which encounter so much physical contacts such as; front desk, elevator buttons, door handles, restrooms, etc.
Back of House, our hotels also focused to keep everything clean and sterile such as; laundry room, kitchen, office, janitor rooms, etc.
